Juniors Development Program

Fairhope Bicycle Company is proud to partner with Frazier Cycling in Duluth, Georgia to bring a Junior's Development program to the Mobile and Baldwin County area.

As you know - kids like riding bikes and bike riding is a great lifelong sport and lifestyle. Unfortunately though, without help, the sport of cycling is a hard path to find, with many obstacles to overcome but for the extremely talented and motivated.

There are very few programs in the south that expose juniors to cycling. Most do not attempt to actually develop juniors until they have shown they have the ability to win.

At Fairhope Bicycle Company we believe that kids blossom at different ages and to different levels, and that cycling is great for lifelong fitness. Our shop has partnered with Frazier Cycling in Duluth, Georgia. Frazier is a premier juniors program, that has produced national podium winners and national champions every year since 2006. They have done this by taking the focus off of winning and emphasizing the development of cycling skills, the social aspect of junior cycling and the team approach.

The program involves regular skills sessions, cardio building and parent assisted road riding, along with social time for these kids to be kids. The age range is 10 -17 for kids of all levels, from the very beginners to the more advanced. It is a great way to get your kids involved in a lifestyle of cycling, health and activity - while allowing you to participate with them as much or as little as you want.
